我的操作系统是Win2008， 跟网上的解决方案稍稍有点不同，下面就是安装步骤：
- 从 Adobe 官方下载 Flash 插件，下载地址：http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/xpi/current/flashplayer-win.xpi。并将下载后的文件后缀改为ZIP，然后将其解压出来。
- 从解压出来的文件中，复制“flashplayer.xpt”和“NPSWF32.dll”这两个文件到 Google Chrome 安装目录下的“Application\Plugins”文件夹中。我的电脑的目录就是：C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\Plugins 。（注：Plugins 目录可能不存在，需要自己创建）
完成上述两步操作之后，再启动 Google Chrome，你就会发现现在页面可以正常显示 Flash 动画了。
