In the two options, I absolutely choose Option 1 of course because Option 1 is in a straight-forward flow. I mean user's eyes simply move from top to down. Option 2 organizes contents in a grid, which lead user's focus move here and there and de-concentrate the user, make them feel complicated.

- 9分制:9/8表示“非常满意”,7/6表示“满意”,5表示“一般”,4/3表示“不满意”,2/1表示“非常不满意”;

Last, hope writing in English won't be challenged or B4-ed. The Chinese input method on my Mac laptop is poor, worse than IME 3.0 on Windows XP. The MSN Messenger 4.0 for Mac also sucks. It went offline very often while the network has no problem since I am inside the company. So I will go back to Windows XP as my working machine.
